What is the PALECEK return policy?
No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by Customer Service. For damaged or defective product, please submit a claims request in the customer portal.
Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to the customer’s specifications, or prepared on a custom basis, including painted items, COM, etc.
Returned merchandise received in good condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The return freight will be the customer’s responsibility.

How do I request a return?
All return requests must be made via email within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
How long is my return authorization valid for?
Your return authorization will be valid for 30 days once issued.
How do I package my return?
Items should be returned in original boxes once a Return Authorization is issued.
Can I return a COM item?
Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to customer’s specifications, or prepared on a custom basis, including painted items, COM, etc.
PALECEK is not responsible for any issues involving quality and/or incorrect sizing on cushions and upholstery that are not manufactured in our facility.
How will I receive my refund for a returned item?
A credit to your PALECEK account will not be issued until products have been received and inspected. You may use your credit for future orders or contact us for a refund.
