How do I become a PALECEK Customer?

To apply for a PALECEK customer account, please complete the online application. We’ll review your application and get back to you in 2-3 business days. Account minimum orders apply, please see full terms and conditions for requirements.

If your account request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password.

Can I sell PALECEK product online?

All online selling of Palecek product must be approved and adhere to our IMAP pricing policy. Any violations to our policy may result in termination of your account.

Do you sell directly to consumers?

PALECEK sells to the trade only. Please contact your interior designer or use our retailer locator to find a retailer near you.

I am already a customer; how can I get a website login?

With the launch of our redesigned website, previous usernames and passwords are no longer valid. If you are a PALECEK customer, please use this form to request a new username and password. Once access is granted, you’ll be able to view our new customer portal with previously placed orders, invoices, and your specific customer pricing.

I forgot my password, where can I reset it?

Click “Forgot your Password” on the login pop-up.

How do I change my account information?

To change your account name or bill-to information, click here to email your changes.

How do I update my resale certificate?

Please email us the updated certificate.

Is a resale certification required to open a PALECEK account?

A resale or tax exemption certificate isn’t required to open an account. If an exemption certificate isn’t provided, the purchaser will be responsible for sales tax if required in the ship-to state.
