Where do I send my COM information?

COM information can be filled out online in the order portal associated with the COM order. If you are having issues accessing the digital form, please contact customer service.

Where do I send my COM Fabric?

Please include your customer PO or PALECEK order number on the side mark or on the packing slip. Failure to provide this information can result in delays in processing.

How do I determine yardage for COM orders?

Estimated yardage is specified on product pages and tear sheets. COM yardage is based on a 54-inch solid fabric. Fabric with unusual patterns or proportions may require additional yardage, PALECEK is not responsible for additional fabric needed or the return of excess fabric.

Please email the COM department to confirm yardage amounts before ordering fabric.

I have a large order, does this change the amount of fabric needed per item?

For large orders, we may require less yardage as we are able to use the fabric more efficiently. Please email the COM department to confirm yardage amounts before ordering fabric.

How can I check to see if PALECEK has received my fabric?

You can check to see if your fabric has been received in the order portal. See the attached image for instructions on where the tracking information is located in your order details.

 

 

What is an AB2998 certificate?

Customers Shipping to CA, RI, & ME are REQUIRED to provide a letter from the fabric mill certifying fabric(s) do not contain added flame-retardant chemicals. Please see attached requirements for the AB2998.

How do I know if my COM material is acceptable?

Fabric will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it is suitable for application and to ensure sufficient yardage was provided. If there are flaws or issues, the COM department will reach out to discuss. PALECEK is not responsible for fabric defects, color imperfections, or other flaws.

Can I send in my own leather?

We do accept COM Leather and recommend contract quality. Leather is quoted in square feet instead of yards. Please email the COM department to confirm yardage amounts before ordering.

Can I center and match COM?

Yes, please provide us with directions on how to apply the pattern in the additional instructions field on the COM form. Drawings may be needed for centering or other special services. Requests may be subject to additional charges.

Can I request that welts or nailheads to be added to my frame?

Some upholstery options allow for welts or nailheads. Please contact Customer Service for availability of special requests. Requests may be subject to additional charges.

Where can I see available nailhead options?

Nailhead options will be available for selection on the COM form if applicable to the frame.

How do I know if I can select a PALECEK finish for the frame I’d like to buy?

Not all products have customizable finishes, please look for the “paintable” icon in the product details. Additional product lead time will apply for custom finished items.

Are there any size or height custom options available?

We have custom options available for some products; minimums apply. Please contact Customer Service for details. For Hospitality-related projects, please contact the Hospitality Department.
