$600 is our minimum order. Orders under our minimum are accepted with a $60 below-minimum fee and may incur additional shipping surcharges.

PALECEK customers can place an order: online, or through a sales representative or showroom.

Payment is due based on your customer terms. If you need assistance with your payment method, please contact our Credit Department.

You can safely enter your credit card details at checkout, PALECEK follows all recommended PCI compliance measures.

Depending on the production status, you can make changes to your shipping information order in the order portal by clicking the “Edit” button.

Orders that have been produced with customization according to schedule are non-cancellable. Please contact customer service to determine order eligibility. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
