Does PALECEK have a warranty?

PALECEK products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship to the original retail customer for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. PALECEK products are made from natural materials and may vary in color, size, and texture. Normal wear and tear, damage from chemical or abrasive cleaners, and pet exposure is not covered. PALECEK is not responsible for damage or injury from misuse or the result of the installation of our products. Damage due to freight, handling, abuse, or acts of nature are not covered. We caution the consumer against improper cleaning, abuse or negligence, exposure to sunlight or extreme heat as these can cause damage to PALECEK products and are not covered under warranty.

Our warranty does not cover floor samples or pieces sold “as is” at the time of purchase.

Under the terms of this limited warranty, PALECEK, may at its sole discretion, offer to either repair or replace the defective item.

All warranty action must be presented to the authorized PALECEK dealer of original purchase, along with the dated proof of purchase and delivery receipt. This warranty is non-transferable.
